Aged 8 months in a single French oak barrel. Refermented on White Bullaces which had been through a process of cold maceration in tank for 5 days prior. The beer was on fruit for 4 months before being bottled. We picked these bullaces from a hedgerow in a neighbouring village to the Blendery.
